Useless service provider

Rain mobile is useless, I have without internet for a week, I reported this almost everyday,never get help all they is we will investigate but month we have to pay full amount, like whag kind of a services provider is this, I would never recommend this nonsense of a service provider to anyone, rather buy data than using rain, they will never assist when you have problems, they only ha e kme answer which is we will investigate, I dont an investigation I want my Internet to work as im paying every month... I very annoyed with rain is useless 😒
