Useless service Provider

Totally disgusted with the service. I paid for the service which is valid for a month and then I get cut off on the 17 April 2020 how does that work? Than i send an email i get a reply from Cassi who keeps on requesting screenshots and other detail and from 20 April shes been quite hasn't even rep****. I know we are on lockdown that doesn't mena you need to rob your clients further more I'm working from home and require a data Connection are you guys gonna pay me for my loss ? This is absolutely nonsense never in my life have I had issues like this pathetic.
