Useless Service Provider

This company is useless I call each and every day my network is always off from 6pm and I pay for unlimited wifi, why am I paying for something I never use we as customers are being **** to their customer service consultants are forever telling me everything is sorted while it's not. I want my money cannot be paying for nonsense nx

I just called again and the consultant who assisted me was rude and dropped the phone on me I want that to be delta with, I will not allow that I used my airtime to call you of which I call almost every day now to beg for network which I pay for I will cancel this membership it's very useless and I want my refund for all the times I have network issues I will make sure I take this future I'm tired of this company robing people you are ****mers
