useless service provider

I subscribed for the R699 package on the 25th and got a call from CCD to deliver today between 10-12 today. Firstly the driver called and **** that he is at the gate which he wasn't. When he eventually arrived, he refused to leave the package because he claims that the proof of address wasn't clear which is utter nonsense. It may have been faint but it was very clear. there is no information whatsover that could not be read. So i called the rain customer service and the lady that took my call literally argues with me that i do not have an account with train.... mind you i have already paid for the service. i asked to speak to her superior and she refused to transfer me to her superior and all of a sudden my details can be found on your system. Disappointed to have received this type of service even before i use your services. i have since cancelled the contract and still waiying for an e-mail with reference number to know when i'll get my refund.
