Useless service provider

If I had an option to give a zero rating I would ever since December I have had internet issues with rain the call center people told me it was due one of the internet poles having an issue in my area it will be fixed this was on the 10th December till today but they are pretty good to deduct my account for services I never used anyone considering rain don't bother you will regret it
