Useless service horrible service

Horrible service and your network is beyond horrible

Why must I pay if your network cuts every two hours, Fix it or downgrade me to my 4G package otherwise come take your useless 5G device because I never had this problem when I was on 4G

Your consultants were taught how to lie cause it’s clear they don’t know what customer service is like. Wasted 400 airtime for the past two weeks trying to get this resolved, better I cancel
