USELESS SERVICE FROM RAIN SERVICE PROVIDER

I am their customer and for the past week until now i only get network access at night!! Numerous complaints logded complaints and only received references with promise that someone will follow-up on my complaints. To date no feedback. Uselessness service provider. They don't take calls either.
