USELESS SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET

Still UTTERLY USELESS service from RAIN INTERNET.

Its sad that the router gets network at my wifes work place but not at hime in kempton park, and to make matters worse, everytime a plane comes over the houses, your tv program you watching BUFFERS for 3min+. RAIN INTERNET should fix this problem URGENTLY, OR GIVE DISCOUNT EVERY MONTH.
