....useless service from RAIN

For such a huge and successful company I expected efficiency in dealing with support matters, especially when flagged urgent, all Rain is good for taking peoples money without any assistance when a customer needs help. I am highly disappointed at your service, the lack of communication is just very disappointing and degrades your company. For two whole weeks I have waited to feedback from "support" yet my wifi remains on check account even after I made a payment. What kind of circus are you running? #***4 my case number which was supposedly flagged as urgent has never even been touched.
