useless service

Useless service. My wife work from home so i bought an unlimited sim package from rain on the 16th april 2020. did the online rica process,it states activation in 2 hours. 4 days later still not activated. Sent more than 8 mails to their support, twice they responded with they will get back to me. Nothing yet. But they were quik to take my money first.
