Useless service delivery from RAIN Mobile
I have had a RAIN data sim for over a year and then they sold me a second sim one for phone and data. It arrived and just never worked. I called them and loaded a ticket and one of the call centre agents also called me and loaded a ticket and escalated it! Till today I am paying for that second pre-paid sim but do not have one because the one they sent didn’t work! They had me do so many verification things like taking a picture with my ID and date to almost giving a drop of blood but more than a month later nothing has been done or communicated with me

It’s a pity that I had to resort to this platform to get something done as I had exhausted all other means!
You will have my address in Bloemfontein to deliver my new SIM card and I have done ALL verification needed so I await delivery notification
