USELESS SERVICE

i just spoke to multiple consultants, supervisors,managers and no one seem to want to help me i am so furious with them and if we speak to them they would slam the phone down multiple times or just end the call instead of just helping a person sort out the internet issues. i get 0.6 mbps how can i work on that **** speed.
