Useless service

Always need to complain to get contacted. Maybe not even then. No number anywhere to contact if assistance is needed. Complained on FB, various others complained as well. I was asked to send a number only to receive a "we can't locate your query" message and that I should expand on the problem. But I was asked to send a number to be contacted. It was pathetic to be asked for a number and then being told that the "query" can't be logged, only to receive a copy paste message with such "sincere" apology with no one actually assisting me.
