Useless Service

The worst customer service ever!!!!!

I called in because I don’t have internet for the past 3 day’s, The lady said she will call me back - she took some time so I had missed the call ! I call in I spoke to a guy he was checking something put me on mute then left the call - I hung up and called back Spoke to a different lady she just heard what I had to say put me on mute and did not come back ! So I hung up and call again I get to lerato. So I explained everything - whilst she was checking I ask for the previous 2 consultants name she ask why I rep**** I want to put a complaint all of a sudden her pc is stuck and frozen - she was also so dam rude back chatting to be - how do you employ such people to deal with customers. - And still I don’t have a service. - U guys suck. !!! U took my money but can’t deliver
