Useless Service

It has worked for the most part, but when it comes to help fix your problem they're slow or no f#%king help AT ALL! There was a time I was without internet for a WHOLE f@$king week (and I stay 1.1km away from a tower).after I resolved my own problem thanks to the internet, just a few days later I run into another problem, this time with the sim card itself. I relay my issue with support and I get a stupid generic answer like "just restart your router"....🤦🏾♂️"oH No I dInD't ThInK aBoUt ThAt 🤪...I believe this company can be great but they need sort out their ****, but I wanna cancel. I can't seriously be my own tech support.
