Useless service

i don't even know why i bother it's the worse service iv received from Rain on the 23rd of July i ordered a 5g sim and router in the notes i clearly stated i wanted to cancel the 4g when i even spoke to the consultant on the phone i said i want to cancel because im upgrading nothing was said to me that i need to cancel it myself on the website.

Anyway, on the 1st they wanted to debit R958 so the debit did not go through, I have been back and forth with Tahleho Motsiri, Kelebongile Molubi, Thembeka Bheli, Buyiswa Gcuze. they all telling me to pay 648 HELLO i will if the freakin rain system was updated when i click make a payment it wants me to pay the R958 and the new balance of 648 and they still charging up until the 11th when i did not even use the stupid 4g wifi which i asked for it to be canceled on the 23rd which one of the agents even confirmed but still charging me. Now I'm switched off because of no fault of mine cause each time i email i get the same script back like no one can do anything but send the same email over and over. iv done everything they said cleared my cache deleted my browsing history logged on with a new browser but still.
