Useless service
I am not paying the outstanding amount for this month . the cancelation was requested at the end of JUNE and the courier came and fetched the parcel on the first week of JULY . I want my name and my account removed from your payment systems right away . So if this I’m not rectified I will be taking up the matter further .

25 Jul 2022, 12:11Sorry but I was advise by the agent that was helping me . That my account was in arrears and once I sort that out I would be able to apply for a cancellation . I paid that amount for June hints why I was able to cancel the contract we are currently in July so June debit order already is past . The current payment is only for this month which I don’t owe anything because like I said I sent a cancellation for this month and you guys came and picked up the router . I’m not paying anything else more as my account was updated to date when I app**** for the cancellation .
