Useless service

I thought we have a employment problem in South Africa but to speak to someone that don’t even know English is pathetic and I know this person is not South African because how do you drop a call on someone is plain rude - log a complaint for billing and now I don’t have Wi-Fi after a 6 years of struggling to get them to bill me on the correct date I’m tired of this nonsense if you don’t want my business I’m sure there is more than enough companies that can give service
