USELESS SERVICE

This is the most useless service I received. We are humans using your service not robots im tired of speaking with robots. My account is a huge mess and no one ever gets back to me. You cannot ask for a rep to call you cases are logged but we aren't called an account I cancelled is still showing on my profile how in the world the new account is being confused with the old account I need to make payment now I can't cause the bill is incorrect pathetic!!!!! I work from home this wifi been off for a month now no one from Rain is getting back to me USELESS I want to speak with a human not a robot
