Useless Rain Wiffi

The worst service and excuses I have ever heard. After 6 months of no Internet service and numarous calls for a technician to come sort out my problem. The technician arrives today with no appointment just to tell me company policy says he can't come into my property because of my dog. Every month they deduct the fee without me having any service. Every month it is an issue to try to get my fee back. Now they come with this ridiculous story. Sorry rain but I Will tel everybody about your useless service!!!
