USELESS RAIN SUPPORT SERVICE

I wish there was an option where you don't even select even a star. They deserve negative.

I recently bought a simcard with rain and wow, am I regretful. 26/07/2021 I activated that stupid sim and till today 29/07/2021, I haven't had any reception. Their network is so congested and slow when it comes to download speeds.

The ****ing off part is where I ask for a full refund and they tell me , "It can only be processed between 7 to 10 working days". Why is it that they asked from me to pay upfront before they can activate my sim, yet when I request for cancellation and refund, I have to wait for a century. I feel they are unfair and ripping people off.

I kindly request for the follow-up and exposure of the following reference numbers, "call records" *** ***

The support consultants are rude and offer no assistance at all. They are just puppets for rain. They cannot even reason with just information. What ****ed me off the most is that they wanted to take blame on me. They ask me if I have read T&C's. How the hell do you read T&C's for a network that hasn't connected you even once? Pay R479 for a useless purpose.
