USELESS RAIN SIM CARD!!!!!!!!

I received my rain sim card over a month ago, and there is still no internet, I have called the call center hundreds of times, They are all ***********, they all don't know what to do. I had fixed my APN settings multiple times and the sim card has NEVER had internet since I bought it, and I escalated the matter to rain IT network, they are also useless. USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE!!
