USELESS RAIN SERVICE

Rain has charged me R880 for 2 months for a R595 contract. When I called they explained something that did not make sense and PROMISED that they will charge me the correct amount going forward. Lo and behold this month they charge me R910 with some useless explanation and promise yet again that I will be charged the correct amount going forward. I just want them to refund me

The last useless agent I spoke to was Mihlali who when I asked for a reference nr she cut the call
