USELESS RAIN SERVICE
The way I am so ****ed at rain, please if there’s anyone who knows how I can get hold of their team cause their stupid line is not helpful as they never pick up our calls cause they’re actually ****mers. Rain keeps on deducting on my account and I am no-longer using their services, it been years now and I am surprised why they keep on doing as they please on my account or are they that broke to **** people their money. I’m so angry RAIN STOP THIS NONSENSE OF YOURS AND CALL PEOPLE BACK UNLESS YOUR AGENCIES ARE AS USELESS LIKE YOUR SERVICE. I am taking this further should you not get back to with proper clarity and I demand my refund

Today I come bearing good news from rain, i am happy to inform you that i finally received a call from one of rain agency by the name of Kapeso who was so kind, polite and explained everything so well to me, thumbs up to her.
So rain did discover their fault on their side and promised a refund of R835,55 which was deducted on my account with a turn around time of 8-10working days, Kapeso also cancelled my term with them as I haven’t been using their services for over 2years now.
I requested for a reference no for this call and was promised it will be sent as well.
NOTE: to reach rain agencies you can also get them on their social media platforms which is FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM, they do respond on queries there as well, which I was not aware off.
I would gladly like to thank Hellopeter for always coming through for us as we share our frustrations here, we really appreciate this platform. Lastly thanks to rain for getting back to me even though it was hard for them as they could not find me on the actual number that I provided but they were still able to reach me irregardless. THANK YOU SO SO SOO MUCH, I am happy now.
