Useless rain network

I'm so passed because these people take money every month for this WiFi not to work, My wifi has only worked 1 month ever since I have it & it was that month before payment. Ever since they took the payment I've used it less Then a week. It's sitting here not work at all! & their support does not work you will call & Submit tickets a thousand times with no call back or any support.

Before you end up like me Don't even think about taking them as a network provider.They must say I'm lying so I can provide all my references that I never got help even once!
