Useless Rain Internet working only half the time.

Rain internet is useless. You are sabotaging your own network. I can see where your policy kick in at certain times of the day where there is connection for 4 seconds and then off for 4 seconds, keeps going like that for hours. I am not a high bandwidth user, so why are you restricting me. If my connection is only working for half the time, then I should only pay for half the time. But as I gather from other people'c comments, you don't give a **** and will do nothing about it. Think it is time to start a full social media campaign to warn other potential victims again RAIN>
