Useless Rain Internet service provider

Yet again Rain Internet Service provider deducted money from my account without my permission I am still waiting for them to come back to me from January. In January they deducted money from my account without any premision and yet again yesterday. I am not using Rain as a internet provider. When we called them in January there was no respond due to server update and now when we called the operator was of no help. My only option now is to go and make a case at the police station for theft.
