Useless Rain Internet provider

In my books Rain just became the worst internet provider in the country. I have little to no network coverage for the past week, i have logged numerous complaint tickets & everytime the same, no call back. I,ve tried to call the customer care line, but still after 30 min & no more airtime, no awnser. They can forget about any payment this month & might come & pick up there router in the street. Rain you are useless.
