Useless rain internet provider

What a pathetic company. Useless uneducated people working in the call center. They think everyone is stupid who calls in with an issue. They throttle the lines. I am currently downloading at 0.2mps and upload been battling for more than 2 months and no one came back to me. Currently looking for a new provider. Must be a government organization.
