Useless Rain Internet

Rain is the Worst Internet Provider ever. Their Customer Service is useless. I have left numerous messages on App since August that our salary date changed, so we can not pay on the 25th like we used too but only on the 1st of a month. Every month they try to deduct money on the 25th. So on the 25th of October 2023 when we got home they cut it. So we submitted tickets on App and called them, but could not get through on number. We never used it again. Now they say we are in arrears (but they cut it 25th October already). So they took 2 payments this month. We spoke to Ahmed again when we called from their rain card. He said he will refund our money. Up to date nothing. Useless. I will tell everybody how bad thet are
