Useless RAIN - cannot even respond to emails

I have been trying since 18 December to cancel my month to month 5g contract. We all know Rain is famous for having the worst customer service in the industry. They sure are living up to the reputation. Its almost end of Jan and still nothing from RAIN. I dare them to take another payment from my account.
