Useless RAIN and billing for services not subscribed to!
Did not have coverage and returned the unit to store. Received confirmation that device was returned and no outstanding fees. BEEN BILLED FOR 3RD MONTH IN A ROW for service / hardware that I do not have. No one at RAIN can get this resolved. Only thing to do is cancel my card! USELESS!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
