Useless Rain
Once again Rain shows it pathetic incompetence. They only thing that they can do with utmost efficiency to taking their money every month. When is ICCASA going to step in and shut them down because of this poor pathetic service that they are providing???
Please don't come with the BS that I need to put an external antenna up. Why all of a sudden? If the external antenna is the issue, then I should be having the same problems with my Afrihost/ MTN connection.
Stop with the excuses Rain and start providing the service you promised. Amazing, 3.55Mbps download 4.43Mbps upload. WOW

This type of support is really pathetic. Guaranteed, come the last day of the month, Rain will inform me that my invoice is ready for viewing. Really consistent with de*****ing people of their money, yet are unable to meet their commitments.
