USELESS RAIN
This company is as useless as Telkom, no actually worse. Every other day no connectivity. I have been calling them every day since last week and get told the network team will call you. Was promised a new si. Card for a sim swarp two weeks ago, still waiting. You pay rain bit you still have to buy data. Like what the hell?

17 Feb 2022, 10:55It doesn't matter i have decided to cancel my subcribtion with you guys. Even your networking team can't solve my problem. Judging by your respons , it will never get solved cause you all keep asking the same question. I have been having this issue since last year March so I'm taking my business elsewhere.
