Useless Rain 5G network

The network is slow, it only has one 5g tower in my area and it's always slow or offline, yet funny enough their 4G network always works but they can't switch me to 4G because their router is 5G only, they so quick to raise it's monthly fees like there's progress in their infrastructure, I've been with them for 4 years and I can't cancel because their support team never gets back to you about their slow network or cancelations, they don't care about us customers that's why they introduced an AI to take our complaints
