Useless query channels on official site, also SMS's blocked by certain vendors.

I can't receive SMS's from the bank on your network do you block SMS's from a certain 'origin' or what could be causing this?

Also i left a query on your site asking about what happens if i move house, assuming there is coverage it should just keep working, correct?

I got some nonsense reply to that email that made no sense. ie your query channels are useless.
