Useless Providet

I cancelled my subscription 7 days ago and they still deducted money today for September. I’m waiting for them to collect their router which they are delaying but why am I paying R1000 for a service I’m not going to use. I’ve moved to a different provider and I need them to refund me ASAP. I can’t even get a hold of them on the phone. I gave them enough time to collect their router that’s why I cancelled on time. I’m so upset right now and I realize that moving to another provider was indeed a good idea cause rain does not care about customers. I need someone to contact me and refund my money today. I don’t recommend Rain to anyone. Stay away from these ******
