Useless provider

I’m deeply disappointed with the service I’m receiving. I phoned the customer service several times busy still no help. I got 4 tickets that are not solved ***, ***, *** in total It now about twelve days with no internet now. This 5g is useless I’m paying for unlimited home 5G premium but I’m not getting the speed that I was promised. No value for money will rain
