Useless product and disgusting service
The most appalling company and service. I collected my router a week ago. Despite numerous calls a day and untold promises no one calls back. My router has not been activated and I can’t use the WiFi. Stay far away from this company. I may as well throw this thing in the bin for all it’s worth.

29 Apr 2025, 07:07The reviews for Rain are appalling. I wondered what happened when they reach out to help and now I know. Absolutely nothing. 11 days and the WiFi has still not been activated. I will be returning my device and judging by all these reviews the sooner the better
