Useless Non Existent Service Provider

Useless..Useless..Useless!!!!! Stay Away!!! It does not even deserve a star rating. I got my 5g router beginning of May and have not been able to connect till now. I am not getting the assistance needed. I asked them to refund my money, deactivate my subscription and have not gotten a response. They sent me a message that they will not be responding to me query anymore. I am very angry..There is no service at all!!!! I wonder if they will deduct on 1June for no service! I will not take this lying down!!!
