Useless network provider

Worse service ever. I ordered the first device which took forever to be delivered. That device was not working, there was no internet connection (loop device) I then cancelled it the loop as it was just useless to me cancellation was within 7 days upon receiving it. I then ordered the 101 device with which was delivered the following day, which was impressive…., however the second device is also not connecting to the internet. I’ve spoken to Erin on WhatsApp who kept on telling me to restart, the they said they will send an escalation of which I know no one will call me. I’m very inconvenienced as I can’t work as I work remotely. I would like to get my money back. As I will be moving MTN. Contact me on ***
