USELESS NETWORK EVER

Rain is a useful network , I have a payment that is due on the 1st of December but they discontinued my internet

Good day

Can you tell me who changed my payment date to the 1st of the months , because I’ve been paying on the 25th , I made a payment already on the 25th now I have to pay again , how do you expect me to pay on the 25th and again on the 1st . This is unacceptable

I want to know why my payment date was moved to the 1st because I only pay the promise to pay on the 1st ..
