Useless network

After paying the account update and in still disconnected for no reason...one thing i know abt this useless network is that they are not going to refund me for the hours that im disconnected yet i apaid the account update

I was told that i will be contacted today by the technical team around 9...nobody called me and the andani simcard is still not working njani?? Yet ive never missed any payment

Nobody contacted me untill now instead i called using my airtime and the 1 rude agent that i spoke to bur she hung up after asking to speak to the team leader.. I have paid but my other simcards have been disconnected.. I requested to be called back since the 13th but no1 cares to call me.. I need explanation
