Useless Network and rude staff

I ordered 5G router service which was delivered in March. I since has exprienced network issues on connection which i reported immediately. Since March i have been asking for cancelation on the service but no body was willing to help, as a result they keep billing me ecause their service is active. As if i never called for the service to be cancelled.

This morning i got a call from Richrd who was rude and ended up hanging the fone on my ears. All i am asking from Rain is my refund and for them to collect their 5G router.
