Useless network

First day using it. The courier (CCD) was so unprofessional and now that I’ve received the 5G 101 router, the network is so horrible. Checked the coverage prior but still. We can’t even stream movies and we have issues logging onto our bank apps because of how slow it is. Lord knows how I’ll login for school tomorrow which is the main reason I got this. I can’t believe how bad it is. I feel dumb for even giving it a try. Tomorrow I’m going to register for fibre elsewhere because I absolutely cannot live like this in 2024.
