Useless network

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I got the router less than a week ago and the it’s only worked for less than an hour a day on my phone and won’t connect to my computer. It’s appalling really and highly inconvenient. I call them daily to get the issue resolved and each day I’m told to reboot and connected to a different tower, but still the same old poor network even after all of that. What an atrocious internet provider. Do not waste your money.
