USELESS ISP

SO...My SIM which I received on the 9th February is still not active and I've been making calls almost every day to Rain Support and they are always "escalating" every time I call. I see it shows on my account that my "Next payment date: 1 April 2021"??? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR??? The R699 I paid initially hasn't even helped me with anything!!! I cancelled yesterday (03/03/2019) ***. YOU BETTER REPAY ME AND DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON 1 April 2021
