Useless isp

I would not recommend rain 5G to my worst enemies. You pay for the hope of service. There is no guarantee that you actually get what you will inevitably get billed for.

The service drops almost every day. Sometimes you are without service for days at a time. Their customer service is the definition of useless. Always generic robotic responses. "There is an alarm on the tower" "There is no power mains going to the tower" "Our technicians are assessing the status of the tower".

If you have ANY alternative options, please go for that. rain is useless as an isp.
