Useless ISP

You can loose your job because of these guys. Been having issues for the past 2 days, called their call center and no one seems to be able to assist me. Instead of them calling you they send a email with a thousand questions to answer. They seem clueless of their products as well. Please avoid this company if you want to save your money and time. Rain is useless.
