Useless Internet Speeds Lately

After being with Rain for a few months they have now done so well in their sales that the after hour internet speeds are almost non existent. Since the end of July it has dropped down to have between 1Mb and 5Mb on a 30Mb line. Nearly impossible to stream, game or download anything. Utterly useless internet speeds. Well done on your promotions it might end up costing you more than your actual signed up subscriptions. If there is no improvement and no communication on whether this would be addressed I guess one can only move to an alternative ISP. Very disappointing.
